Introducing Express Delivery

An introduction to our new next day delivery service, Express Delivery.

 At the beginning of February we launched a handful of new products including Handy Bags and Starter Kits. With these new products comes the opportunity to bring improvements to our fulfillment process. Starting today if you order and pay for either a Starter Kit or any Handy Bag before 3pm you will be able to request Express Delivery and receive your order the next working day.

That's right, Express Delivery is our new next day delivery service which will be available starting from today.

Here is a quick guide to give you all the information you need regarding Express Delivery.

How Much Does Express Delivery Cost?

Express delivery is free for orders over £20 and £5 for orders under this amount.

What Products Are Eligible for Express Delivery?

- Starter Kits

- Handy Bags

- Kindling Chumps

- Kindling Sticks (when ordered with a Handy Bag)

- Firelighters (when ordered with a Handy Bag)

Where is Express Delivery Available?

If you are based within our current delivery area (see this map) then you will be able to take advantage of Express Delivery.

How Can I Get Express Delivery?

You need to buy one or more of the eligible products (listed above) and have made your order before 3pm.

If I Place my Order on Friday When Will it Arrive?

Express Delivery is a next working day delivery service. If you make an order on Friday and want a Saturday delivery then you need to choose 'Saturday Delivery' when ordering.

I Ordered After 3pm When Will I Get My Delivery?

If your order is made after 3pm then your order will be delivered within two working days. The 3pm cut off is to guaranty next day delivery, chances are if we're going to be in your area the next day then we'll make your delivery then. We will send you a text with your delivery details once they've been confirmed.

Why Don't Barrow Bags Get Express Delivery?

We are able to offer Express Delivery on the above products due them being much more compact in size and lighter in weight compared with a Barrow Bag. This allows us to speed up the time and reduce resources required for fulfillment.
