In response to the ongoing Coronavirus outbreak we're making some adjustments to our delivery service and what products we are able to deliver. Please take the time to read this update before placing an order.
Where we deliver
Backwell Logs' delivery area is focussed on Bristol and its western environs. Districts of Bristol covered include Bedminster, Southville, Knowle, Brislington, Cliftonwood, Westbury-on-Trym and Montpelier; outside of Bristol we target Backwell, Nailsea and Long Ashton, Clevedon, Portishead and Weston-Super-Mare. You can check the map to see if your area is covered.
If your area is not listed above, please get in contact with us, as we might be able to deliver to your area also.
Please note: Standard Delivery is currently operating on Thursday and Fridays.

* To help ensure everyone gets their order on time during periods of high demand additional days may be added for Standard Delivery. Similarly during the Spring and Summer months Standard Delivery days may be reduced to one day a week.

How Delivery Works
Once we have received your order (either via our website or over the phone) we will send you an email and or text message to confirm we are able to deliver to your address. Within the confirmation email we will include a link for tracking your order online.
When any changes are made to your order (i.e. delivery date is confirmed) you will get an email and or text message alerting you to these changes.
We make all our deliveries in the day between the hours of 9am and 4pm. If you are not going to be home when we deliver to you then don't worry, you can give our delivery team specific instructions on where to leave your logs when you place your order.
