Please find below our Christmas delivery dates and office opening hours.
To guarantee your order arrives in time for Christmas please make sure you order your logs before 5pm on Thursday 20th December.
Christmas Delivery Days
To ensure everyone gets their logs before Christmas we are offering free weekend delivery (Saturday 22 December - Sunday 23 December) alongside our standard Thursday and Friday deliveries. There will also be limited availability for free Christmas Eve deliveries.
If you require logs between Christmas and the New Year we will be making deliveries on Thursday 27 December, however, there will be limited availability. We advise you stock up before Christmas with enough logs to see you through the festive period.
Our regular delivery schedule will return on Thursday 3 January.
Office Opening Hours
Our office and telephone order line will be closed from 24 December until 2 January. If you want to make an order for the New Year between these dates please do so online via our website.
